Lemontree – Partial Service Restoration
Backup connectivity is active, and many customers have reconnected. Some customers, including Frost Mews, remain affected.
DFA technicians are scheduled to attend site tomorrow, 10 October, at 08:00, to investigate the primary connection. This is the attendance time; a restoration time has not yet been confirmed.
We continue working to restore the remaining customers via the backup connection.
